Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Score.ai app and website. By using Score.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Your account
You need an account to use Score.ai. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for the activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
Acceptable use
- Use Score.ai only for tracking sports stats and related personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Only add other people’s information (including minors’ names and photos) if you have the right to do so.
- Don’t misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
Your content
You keep ownership of the rosters, stats, and photos you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, sync, and process that content to provide the app — including sending data you choose to AI features for processing. You’re responsible for the content you add.
Subscriptions & billing
Score.ai offers an auto-renewable subscription, Score.ai Pro, which unlocks AI game recaps, AI player cards, and unlimited teams.
- Pricing is $9.99 / month or $99 / year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple per its policies.
AI-generated content
AI recaps and player cards are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, imperfect, or unexpected. They’re provided for fun and convenience; review them before sharing. You’re responsible for how you use generated content.
Disclaimers
Score.ai is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Speech recognition and stat tracking may not be perfectly accurate. We don’t guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and stats you record are not an official record of any game or league.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Score.ai and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using Score.ai and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
